I’ve always loved being in the kitchen. Whether it was baking birthday cakes for my three daughters, creating treats for friends and family or helping with larger events, I’ve always enjoyed making food that brings people together. For me, baking is about much more than ingredients and recipes. It’s about creating something special for people to enjoy and remember.
After spending more than five years working in the professional baking industry, I decided to turn my passion into my own business. In October 2022, Drizzle and Swirl was born, allowing me to do what I love every day whilst creating beautiful homemade food for customers across Horsham and the surrounding areas.
Working in professional kitchens gave me valuable experience and helped me develop the skills I use every day in my business. Combining that experience with my love of home baking allows me to create cakes, cupcakes, graze boxes, buffets and sweet treats that are both beautifully presented and delicious to eat.
Today, I work full-time from my home kitchen, creating bespoke orders for birthdays, celebrations, family gatherings, corporate events and special occasions of all kinds.
Every order is freshly made to order using quality ingredients. I believe great food starts with great ingredients, which is why I never compromise on quality.
Whether I’m creating a celebration cake, preparing a graze box or putting together a buffet, I take pride in every detail to ensure each order looks and tastes its very best.
Customer confidence is incredibly important to me, which is why I am proud to hold a 5 Food Hygiene Rating.
I maintain high standards throughout my kitchen and baking processes and continue to develop my knowledge through further food hygiene training. When you order from Drizzle and Swirl, you can be confident that your food is being prepared with care, professionalism and attention to detail.
Drizzle and Swirl is based in Horsham, orders can be collected or delivered with buffet set-up available throughout the Horsham area.
Throughout the year, you may also find me at local markets and pop-up events, where I love meeting customers and sharing some of my latest creations with the community.
